Return & Exchange Policy 

If you are unsatisfied with a product purchased online, then WE ARE TOO!!  Exchange that item or get a refund, just let us know what you want.   

  

Exchange Policy:

             Our customer service team will be willing to assist in exchanging any product you’ve wrongly purchased in size, color, or even style!  To get this process started you would need to email our team at customers@villagemart.com, with your order number and items your interested in exchanging. Please read the eligibility below.

 

 Return Policy:

             Want to return an item for a refund, NO PROBLEM! Our process for that is as easy as 1!! No 2, and no 3.

  1. Email us at customers@villagemart.com, with your order number and item you want to return. Please read the eligibility requirements below.

                         

* Eligibilities for an exchange or return. You have 30 days from shipping date to process exchange or return. All products must be in resellable condition - product must not be worn and/or damaged. Undergarments that have been opened will NOT be accepted as a return or exchange. Shoes must have the original shoebox, other products must still have all original tags. Final sale items will not accepted for a return, just as an exchange.  

 

We know - we are all impatient, but we will try our best to be very prompt in processing an exchange or return.  Thanks for your patience.
